We quote suitable non-structural surface patching and preparation work. Suspected structural defects, corrosion or ongoing movement need specialist assessment before cosmetic repairs.
Re-rendering
Where local patching will not deliver a sound result, removing unsuitable material and re-rendering a larger area may be the better approach. The quote sets out the proposed scope.

Will cracks come back?
A finish alone cannot resolve ongoing building movement or moisture problems. The cause needs to be addressed and the repair system chosen accordingly.
